#Foodborne Pathogens

Suffering with a little stomach bug this week I find myself asking what did I eat that could have possibly caused it?  Although I have not come across the answer, I did find this article helpful in prevention for the most common foodborne pathogens illness.

#Did You Know-Water

Did you know that your body may be in need of water when you are craving food?  The need for water and hydration may be disguised as a craving for food, especially sweets.  Next time you feel a snack attack coming on try drinking a glass of water and wait a few minutes.  It may just crush it.
