Recently, I had a conversation with a client, of my PiYo class, about the #Circadian rhythm and how she lost 8 lbs. following the 12-hour eating rule. It prompted me to reflect on when I am at my best in eating habits and at my best weight. The science behind it makes sense to me and rings true with what I find in my habits. If I eat late at night, I tend to gain weight and my sleep suffers. When I cut off my eating, I drop body fat and sleep longer. I crawl into bed earlier, fall asleep faster and wake up early feeling energetic. I don’t hit the snooze button on those mornings.

I use a paid site. When I researched the pros and cons of free site vs. paid site I came across some posts that led me towards the paid sites. Main reasons; 1. free sites can shut you down if they don’t agree with your content. 2. if they shut you down you lose all of your work. (this came from a source who claimed this happened to him. I do not know for certain, but it convinced me to invest in a paid site.)
I also decided to launch a blog site only and opted not to launch it as a website. I wanted to keep it simple with low maintenance.

For me it has not been a lot of work. I kept the site simple. (I set up my site as a blog rather than a website)

to writing. I’ve had difficulty clearing my thoughts in getting my
thoughts out. I do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like the first

Most of the time, when I am inspired to write something I start typing what comes to mind. Once I get all the facts or thoughts typed up, I review it and change the order or move things around. I don’t have a specific organized thought process. I write what comes to mind and arrange it from there. Some days I save a draft and return to it multiple times. If I feel like I am forcing it I pull away. There have been many of times I opted to delete an article and do away with it completely. Other times it flows well and I submit immediately. The main thing to remember is keeping it simple and don’t overthink it.
